Canada's role in international organizations such as NATO, the UN, and the Francophonie. Canadian relations with North American governments and social/economic actors (Mexico and USA). Major issues in North American politics, including trade agreements, continental security, democracy, and the possibility of a North American political community. (INT/CAN)
