Étude des fondements de la gestion de classe spécifique à l'enseignement en contexte minoritaire pluriethnique. Analyse des caractéristiques de l'hétérogénéité socioculturelle des élèves et des effets sur leur éducation. Adaptation de l'intervention éducative à la diversité ethnique et culturelle des élèves. Étude critique des pédagogies interculturelle, antiraciste et multiculturelle. Approfondissement de stratégies pédagogiques d'intégration de la diversité.
