NUT 4242 Advanced Research Project

Advanced research project in food science and nutrition under the supervision of a faculty member. The scope and content of the project will be defined by both the student and supervising professor. A research proposal, progress report, and final report will be written and presented. Student will be responsible for finding a supervisor before registering for the course. Admission into this course must be approved by the Assistant Director, Undergraduate Studies.

Prerequisites: NUT 2304 and 54 university course units. Courses NUT 4142 , NUT4242 cannot be combined for units.
