Research project will be in the area of food science and nutrition under the supervision of a faculty member. The scope and content of the project will be defined by both the student and supervising professor. A research proposal and final report will be written and presented. Student will be responsible for finding a supervisor before registering for the course. Admission into this course must be approved by the Assistant Director, Undergraduate Studies.
