Topics and themes studied may include ethnohistory, regimes of historicity, and conceptions of historical time; the ethnography of the archive and of the museum, the production of historical facts and narratives; practices of commemorating and memorializing the past; experience, memory and witnessing; and contemporary movements for historical reconciliation and reparation.
