TMM 4921 Advanced Methods in Biomedical Research – RNA-seq analysis

Students will learn principles of transcriptomics and experimental methods used to estimate transcription abundance. They will learn to use the R language, Rstudio and knitr report generation tools and applying those to the analysis of transcriptomic information as generated by both bulk and single cell RNA-seq experiments.
