A practical introduction to statistical techniques employed within common biomedical research. Topics covered include the role of stats in experimental setup (sample size calculations, power analysis), statistical analysis (descriptive stats and a wide variety of tests including t-test, ANOVAs, correlation, chi-square, nonparametric tests, principle component analysis), as well as methods of interpretation and reporting of statistic (graphing and writing statistical methods and results).
