1.5 units
Translational and Molecular Medicine
Faculty of Medicine
This course aims to develop expertise in the application of recently developed CRISPR/Cas9-based reagents that facilitate the manipulation and editing of specific areas of mammalian genomes. The course emphasizes hands-on practice through the completion of training exercises as well as the independent work in which students create their own knockout mammalian cell line and estimate their targeting efficiency.
