Definition of culture. Impact of culture on psychological processes (e.g., cognitive development, sensation and perception, social behaviour). Communication across cultures. Ethnic relations in a multicultural society including racism, racialization and xenophobia. Psychological effects of culture change. Mental health and well-being among immigrants and refugees. Culture-centred assessment and psychotherapy. Current research in cultural psychology.
