Study of questions and policies relevant to Francophones in Ontario. This course's aim is twofold: on the one hand, to ensure a better understanding of the Francophone presence in the 20th century, of Francophone groups and movements in Ontario, of the role played by Francophones in Ontario politics ; and on the other hand, to allow a theoretical reflection on culture, on the being and becoming of the French-speaking citizen living in a minority context (outside the province of Quebec) in the Canadian federation.
