Approche nutritionnelle et recommandations alimentaires relatives aux maladies cardiovasculaires (dyslipidémies, hypertension), maladies rénales, stress métaboliques (chirurgies, brûlures), maladie néoplasique, allergies alimentaires, troubles innés du métabolisme. Apprentissage des méthodes de soutien nutritionnel (nutrition entérale et parentérale). Alimentation destinée aux prématurés et nourrissons de faible poids et aux enfants qui présentent un retard staturo-pondéral.
