MBA 5259 Economics for the Global Manager II

This course will introduce students to the concepts, theories, data and other ideas related to microeconomics. Topics to be covered include: supply and demand, elasticities of demand and supply, theory of the firm, forms of competition, environmental externalities and government policies. Students will learn to use economic data to make managerial decisions and develop an appreciation of managers' roles within the economic system.
