3 units
Mathematics
Faculty of Science
Theory and analysis of common experimental designs: factorial designs, designs with blocking, split-plot, random effects models. Sample size and power determination. Simultaneous inference. Nested and crossed factors. Introduction to other designs: fractional factorial, response surface designs. Analysis of data using statistical software packages.
