Principles and challenges of organizing, archiving, and providing access to the records of an organization. The course examines methods, standards, and best practices for establishing information inventories, evaluating information policies, and managing the information life cycle, through an exploration of a multiplicity of media formats and a variety of records storage, retrieval, and management technologies. Previously ISI 6121.
