FEM 3104 Feminism, Justice and the Law

Examination of the contribution of feminist theories and feminist jurisprudence to an understanding of law and social justice. Analysis of the relationship between law and inequality or oppression (based on, for example: gender, 'race', class, sexuality). Implications of this analysis for strategies of engagement with specific forms of law domestically and internationally.
