Error control, flow control and various issues related to the physical, data link and network layers. Local area networks. Performance issues of delay-throughput in various protocols. Courses ELG 5374 , ELG 6121 (SYSC 5201) cannot be combined for units. This course is equivalent to EACJ 5607 at Carleton University.
