Human resources management and risk management in the context of international development projects. Various methods of project evaluation. Alternatives to results-based management (adaptive administration, participatory planning, outcome mapping, complexity). Reserved for students enrolled in the Honours BSocSc in International Development and Globalization, the Honours BSocSc in International Economics and Development, and the "Programme intégré en droit civil et développement international et mondialisation".
