Examination of the historical and contemporary regulation of sexuality through queer, feminist, and critical sexuality literature. Analysis of the production of heteronormativity through the normalization/deviantization of sexual practices and identities. Exploration of the implications and consequences of the regulation of sexual and gender minorities and cis-heterosexual women and men.
