ART 2934 Large Format Photography

Introduction to traditional techniques involved in using a large-format camera, exposing and developing negatives and large-format printing. An exploration of the historical and contemporary issues related to film-based photography. Teaching and discussion take place in the two official languages. Recommended minimum language skills include the ability to understand, read and interact orally in class in your second official language. (P)

Prerequisites: ART 1331 , 6 course units from ( ART 1311 , ART 1321 , ART 1341 ). ART 2932 is prerequisite or corequisite to ART 2934 . Reserved for students registered in the Bachelor of Fine Arts or in the Major in Visual Arts.
