The examination of the relationships among research, idea, language and object; conceptual and material-based inquiry; the translation of thought into sculptural form. The development of a series of sculptural projects from initial conceptual framework to final elaboration and resolution. Teaching and discussion take place in the two official languages. Recommended minimum language skills include the ability to understand, read and interact orally in class in your second official language. (P)

Prerequisites: ART 1321 , 6 course units from ( ART 1311 , ART 1331 , ART 1341 ). Reserved for students registered in the Bachelor of Fine Arts or in the Major in Visual Arts.
