ART 1900 Drawing from Life: Fundamentals

A bilingual introductory class, where students learn to draw from observation using live models and other subjects. Using traditional media such as sketchpads, markers and charcoal, and/or tablets and electronic drawing applications, students will practice eye-hand coordination while learning basics about proportions, composition, the illusion of depth and space, human anatomy, light and shadow and various drawing techniques.
