APA 42111 Internship/Clinical Experience (Part 1 of 2)

During the fall and winter semesters, acquisition of 120 hours of practical experience in a leisure or human kinetics related organization under the supervision of the School of Human Kinetics and specialists in the field. Emphasis on translation of foundational knowledge to applied tasks in the field, and the application of professional competencies. Topics also include professional development, communicating one's credentials and marketing oneself in the field. (Part 1 of 2)
