Conceptualization of the issues and challenges of the anthropology of cities by reflecting on contemporary urban processes and how they reconstruct and break down spaces and social relations in the context of capitalism. Examination of how, for example, the environment, the movements of populations, or infrastructure issues, shape the 21st century city.
