Managing multinational corporations, regional and global strategies: organization and structures, adjusting to cultural differences and political risk assessment. Governments and multinational corporations (MNCs) relations: benefits of MNCs for host countries and national investment policies. Corporate responsibility: ethics, environment and labour standards.
